Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add tofu and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add bell pepper and green beans. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili flakes.
  6. Add tofu back to the pan and mix well.
  7. Toss in Thai basil leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve over cooked jasmine rice.
