Thai Spring Rolls Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Rice Paper Wrappers
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Shredded Red Cabbage
- 1 cup Bean Sprouts
- 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 cup Cooked Rice Noodles
1. Prepare all the vegetables and herbs by washing and shredding them.
2. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds to soften.
3. Lay the softened wrapper on a flat surface. Place a small amount of each ingredient in the center of the wrapper.
4. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
