Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Thai Tea Leaves
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring coconut milk to a simmer.
  2. 2. Add Thai tea leaves and steep for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the mixture to remove tea leaves.
  4. 4. Stir in sugar and vanilla extract until dissolved.
  5. 5. Let the mixture cool completely.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
  7. 7. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
