  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough to your desired thinness and place on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Add your favorite vegan toppings and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
