Three Bean Salad Recipe
A quick and easy vegan three bean salad.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) green beans drained and rinsed
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
In a large bowl, combine the kidney beans, chickpeas, green beans, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
