Three Bean Vegetarian Chili Recipe
A hearty and delicious vegan chili made with three types of beans.

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can Pinto beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 2 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add chopped bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans.
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot and enjoy!
