Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut Cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Strong Coffee
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 24 Vegan Ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Whisk coconut cream and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. 3. Dip vegan ladyfingers in strong coffee and layer them in a baking dish.
  4. 4. Spread a layer of the coconut cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. 5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of coconut cream.
  6. 6. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  7. 7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
