Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Bell Peppers cut into chunks
- 1 cup Zucchini cut into chunks
- 1 cup Red Onion cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Thread tofu and vegetables onto skewers.
4. Brush the skewers with the marinade.
5. Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and tofu is golden.
