Instructions
Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
