Salt and pepper
Instructions
Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir well.
Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
