Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu cubed
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir well.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
