Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, cubed
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Green Curry Paste
  • 1 cup Vegetables mixed, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add tofu and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add green curry paste and fry for a minute.
  4. 4. Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  6. 6. Stir in soy sauce and sugar.
  7. 7. Add tofu back to the pan and mix well.
  8. 8. Serve hot with rice.
