Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion diced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
