Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the tofu into ½ inch thick steaks.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Marinate the tofu steaks in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the tofu steaks for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
