Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 oz Tomatillos husked and rinsed
  • 1 Jalapeño stemmed and seeded
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 0.25 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place tomatillos in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  2. 2. Drain tomatillos and place them in a blender along with jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, onion, lime juice, and salt.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve.
