Instructions
1. Place tomatillos in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.
2. Drain tomatillos and place them in a blender along with jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, onion, lime juice, and salt.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve.
