Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
6. Drizzle with a little more olive oil if desired and serve immediately.
