Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini spiralized into noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Toss in the zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
