Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in vegetable broth, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Blend the mixture until smooth, if desired.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
