  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced cherry tomatoes, diced mango, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
  2. 2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. 3. Spoon the mixture onto sliced baguette pieces.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
