- 4 large tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella sliced
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter.
Tuck basil leaves between slices.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
