Instructions
Slice the rolls in half and toast them lightly.
Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
Layer avocado, tomato, red onion, lettuce, and pickled jalapeños on top of the beans.
Spread vegan mayonnaise on the top half of each roll.
Season with salt and pepper.
Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
