Tortilla Cups Recipe
A simple, vegan recipe for tortilla cups.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Small tortillas
 - 1 cup Black beans cooked
 - 1 cup Corn kernels cooked
 - 1 cup Diced tomatoes
 - 1 tablespoon Olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin
 - 1 teaspoon Chili powder
 - to taste Salt
 - to taste Pepper
 
 
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly brush both sides of the tortillas with olive oil.
Press each tortilla into the cups of a muffin tin to form a bowl shape.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
In a bowl, mix black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Fill each tortilla cup with the bean mixture.
Serve immediately.
