Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 0.5 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place tortillas on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle vegan cheese on top.
  5. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and drizzle olive oil.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
