Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup textured vegetable protein (TVP)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine TVP and vegetable broth. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Add cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Add the rehydrated TVP to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
