Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onion, vegan mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
