Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and mashed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
