Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup vegan mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Mash chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. Add vegan mayo, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, capers, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve on bread, lettuce wraps, or as a dip.
