  • 1 cup Vegan turkey slices
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 cup Vegan mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. 2. Spread vegan mayo and mustard evenly on each tortilla.
  3. 3. Layer vegan turkey slices, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes on top.
