A warm and comforting vegan soup made with cauliflower and turmeric.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Add chopped cauliflower and turmeric, stir well.
Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
