Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine coconut milk, vegetable broth, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Layer turnip and potato slices in a baking dish.
Pour the coconut milk mixture over the layers.
Sprinkle nutritional yeast and thyme on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
