Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Agar Agar Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
  2. 2. Sprinkle agar agar powder over the mixture and whisk again.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until agar agar is completely dissolved.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into ramekins and let cool to room temperature.
  6. 6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. 7. Serve chilled, optionally with fresh berries or a fruit coulis.
