  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together almond milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour into serving dishes and let cool.
  5. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
