Vegan Apple Brown Betty Recipe

- 4 cups Apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Vegan butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, brown sugar, and melted vegan butter.
Layer half of the apple mixture in a baking dish. Top with half of the bread crumb mixture. Repeat the layers.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the apples are tender and the top is golden brown.
