Main Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup granola
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apple with maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir well. 
- In parfait glasses, layer the vegan yogurt, apple mixture, and granola. 
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled. 
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
