Vegan Aquafaba Mayonnaise Recipe
A creamy, vegan mayonnaise made with aquafaba.

Main Ingredients
- 0.5 cup aquafaba liquid from a can of chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup neutral oil like sunflower or canola
In a tall container, combine aquafaba, vinegar, mustard, and salt.
Using an immersion blender, blend until frothy.
Slowly drizzle in the oil while blending until thick and creamy.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
