- 2 large Avocados peeled and pitted
- 1 can Coconut milk full-fat
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
1. Add avocados, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
5. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
