Instructions

  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Pat them dry and pierce each sweet potato a few times with a fork.
  4. Rub each sweet potato with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
