Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Bananas ripe and mashed
  • ½ cup Carob Powder
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, carob powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tin cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
