Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and diced bell pepper, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in black beans, kidney beans, and corn.
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour in water and mix well.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm in taco shells or tortillas.
