Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. Mash the black beans in a bowl.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
