Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegan beef strips
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  3. 3. Stir in the vegan beef strips and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Gradually add the vegetable broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  6. 6. Pour in the coconut milk and soy sauce, and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
