Ingredients 

Filling

  • 2 cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Apples peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • ½ cup Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine berries, apples, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and ¼ cup maple syrup. Spread over the fruit mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
