Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add black beans, white beans, vegetable broth, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove bay leaf before serving. Enjoy!
