In one bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, pour the plant-based milk.
In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Dip each tofu slice into the flour mixture, then the milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the breaded tofu slices on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
