  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
