Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Warm the tortillas in a pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the black beans, brown rice, corn, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and add a portion of the bean mixture.
  4. Top with avocado slices and salsa.
  5. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Serve immediately.
