- 1 cup coconut milk
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
