Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 0.5 cup pasta water

Instructions 

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add black pepper and toast for 1 minute.
  3. Add the reserved pasta water to the pan and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle nutritional yeast over the pasta and toss until well combined.
  6. Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
