  • 2 cups Dark chocolate chips Ensure they are vegan
  • 1 cup Cashews Raw or roasted
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil Optional, for smoother texture

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cashews until well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Break into pieces and enjoy!
