Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours
- 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Water more if needed
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
