Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo Recipe
A creamy and delicious vegan cauliflower Alfredo sauce served over pasta.

Main Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 0.5 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pasta of choice, cooked
Steam cauliflower until tender.
In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
Blend cauliflower, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, garlic, olive oil, almond milk, lemon juice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Heat sauce in a pan until warm.
Toss with cooked pasta and serve.
