Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pasta of choice, cooked

Instructions 

  1. Steam cauliflower until tender.
  2. In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Blend cauliflower, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, garlic, olive oil, almond milk, lemon juice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Heat sauce in a pan until warm.
  5. Toss with cooked pasta and serve.
